Our products are intended for use on cats and small dogs under adult supervision. Always check that an item fits comfortably and does not restrict breathing, vision or movement, and do not leave it on your pet for long periods. Remove it if your pet shows signs of distress. Our products are not toys and should not be chewed or swallowed. You are responsible for using our products safely and appropriately for your pet.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS, PRICING AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product at the listed price. We may accept or decline any order. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full payment card details. You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account, including applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times shown at checkout (currently 7-14 business days) are estimates, not guarantees. Orders are fulfilled by our shipping partners and may ship from locations outside the United States, so delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays or other events outside our control.

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address, and we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy, which is part of these Terms. Please review it before placing an order.
