Shipping & Delivery Information

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier used.
  • International Shipping: Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Please check the checkout page for specific delivery estimates based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kittytwinshop@gmail.com with photos and your order number so we can assist you.

Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, changes cannot be made.
